Does this assume Joe Biden is still alive on election day?

Strange how Trump had no issues despite being nominated in late August in 2020. Plus states can’t set their own qualifications for federal offices according to the supreme court’s recent ruling in the Colorado vs Trump case. So this is nonsense.
