This market resolves to YES if the Lighter.xyz token reaches a fully diluted valuation (FDV) of $10 billion or higher at any point within 7 days (168 hours) after its initial trading launch.

FDV will be calculated by multiplying the token price by the total supply of tokens (not just circulating supply).

Resolution will be based on data from CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, or the most liquid exchange where the token is trading. If the token reaches or exceeds $10B FDV on any of these sources at any point within the 7-day window, this resolves YES.

If the token does not launch by December 31, 2025, this market resolves NO.

Context: Lighter is a perpetual trading protocol built on Ethereum that uses zk-rollups for security and scalability. It recently launched its public mainnet after 8+ months in private beta. The protocol is currently running a points program expected to convert to tokens, with a launch anticipated in Q4 2025. Market analysts have suggested Lighter could launch with an FDV of approximately $4.5B (about 10% of Hyperliquid's current FDV).
