The LLaMA 2 weights are publicly available now on HuggingFace without any forms. I don't know if this should really count as a "leak" since the license seems to allow redistribution and it seems clear that they're distributing it very publicly themselves, but LLaMA 1 was GPLv3 so it probably would be counted given that that was.
