I saw claims of $110m uncovered in a day, $9b estimated total fraud .. I haven’t looked into it. Just want to know if it’s real

If we get good $$ fraud amounts, those take precedence. The coordinated effort stuff is secondary in case it all fizzles out and we never get real numbers, but there’s clearly a coordinated effort (or not). 

Resolves either to a verifiable/well-sourced factual consensus or in a vibes situation, resolves conservatively (I.e. tie breakers are downgraded, $99m -> resolves less than 100m)
