Option resolves YES if the pistol-brace situation returns to more-or-less the 2022 situation, where Americans could buy a not-technically-an-SBR gun with a pistol brace in most states, without having to file for an NFA tax stamp. If the NFA is struck down or repealed, that could also result in a YES resolution, as long as the local gun shops are selling stamp-free SBRs.
I will NOT resolve this simply based on a court ruling, or an ATF memo. The deciding factor will be whether the local gun shops in most states are willing to transfer a stamp-free technically-not-SBRs. If there's ambiguity, I'll defer to whether Family Firearms is willing to sell these weapons.
Market resolves November 2024.
