Real Ariquemes has been penalized by the Brazilian Football Confederation and the Rondônia Football Federation. The team has been suspended for two years both nationally and locally. The decision comes as a result of the team's resorting to the Civil Court system, which is expressly prohibited by the International Federation of Football.
According to the statement, there was an attempt of external interference by the team, which goes against the regulations set by the International Football Federation.
The Rondônia State Football Federation has decided to apply, subsidiarily, statutorily, and regulatively, a penalty of two years suspension from any competition organized by the entity, whether male or female, professional or amateur, during the years 2024 and 2025.
