Background

OpenAI's Deep Research is a new feature that allows users to conduct multi-step research tasks. It was initially launched in early February 2025 for Pro users, with plans to expand access to other subscription tiers. Plus users are expected to receive 10 uses of Deep Research per month once it becomes available to them.

Resolution Criteria

Each answer will resolve YES if Deep Research becomes available to all Plus users in the US before the specified date, and NO if it does not. Multiple answers may resolve YES (e.g., if Deep Research launches in March 2025, both "Before 2025-03" and all subsequent months will resolve YES).

Availability is defined as:

• OpenAI officially announces Deep Research is accessible to Plus users

• Plus users can actively use Deep Research features

• A credible news source reports the feature is live for Plus users
