This market resolves YES if this market reaches a displayed percentage of 70% or higher and at any later time a displayed percentage of 30% or lower.
It resolves NO if this has not happened by the closing date, which is 1 week after creation of this market.

Any values of this market before it hits 70% are not relevant for resolution.

Of course, trading stays open after reaching the YES condition for at least a few minutes. Abuse this how you like.
