This market resolves YES if this market reaches a displayed percentage of 70% or higher and at any later time a displayed percentage of 30% or lower.
It resolves NO if this has not happened by the closing date, which is 1 week after creation of this market.
Any values of this market before it hits 70% are not relevant for resolution.
Of course, trading stays open after reaching the YES condition for at least a few minutes. Abuse this how you like.

I was wondering how this was going to go.
It's scary to put up too many YES limit orders at 31% because what if the market just goes to 0% without hitting 70%? Then it will remain NO...
If we consider two markets:
Market A will resolve YES if it hits 20%
Market B will resolve YES if it hits 80% and then 20%
I think, paradoxically, market B will be easier to resolve to YES, since it's easier to "defend" against it in market A.
