I will resolve this market YES as soon as I can the moment I notice that the current displayed percentage of this market is at or below 20%. If the market goes up again above 20%, then this market will remain open.

It resolves NO if the market is above 20% at closing date (1 week from opening date).

I will trade on this market, but I will promise that I personally won't intentionally make a bet putting this market at or below 20%. I will also not be making any bets when the market is at or below 20% (because then I will be resolving the market). I will also look at this market at least once a day (probably more).
