See description. Promotes optimal pelvic positioning (unlike the perso-Arabic script, designed exclusively for speedwriting) and scapular biomechanics (unlike the Greek way). And, unlike most exercises for posture, actually useful. I have come up with a version of the McGill big three, but all were static poses and not really compatible with work (and, since they involved no movement, weren't really exercises).

Finally found the best exercise for posture: simply raising the chin. So simple, yet so impossible to understand. Really feels like inner peace. Also sweat glands are to sweat out toxins. They're not that useful in much else.

The worst exercise for posture? Without doubt the backpack.

@EnopoletusHarding I always ran with a backpack between classes. Great way to cripple posture. Backpack much lighter and distances longer in college= greater success.

Second best: mechanical keyboard plus DVORAK. Turns typing into a push-up.
