Resolution criteria

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the closing price of Intel Corporation (INTC) common stock is below $94.00 on any trading day between May 4, 2026, and May 31, 2026, inclusive. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No."

The closing price will be determined by the official daily closing price as reported on the Nasdaq stock exchange. Traders should refer to Nasdaq's official Intel (INTC) page or a reliable financial news aggregator (such as Google Finance or Yahoo Finance) to verify the closing price.
