Resolution criteria

This market will resolve to YES if the closing price of Intel Corporation (INTC) common stock on the NASDAQ exchange is strictly greater than $90.00 on any trading day between May 1, 2026, and May 31, 2026, inclusive. Otherwise, it will resolve to NO.

Resolution will be based on the official daily closing price data provided by Nasdaq. In the event of a stock split, reverse split, or similar corporate action occurring before or during May 2026, the price threshold will be adjusted in accordance with the standard market adjustment factor.
