I will resolve any answers to these questions as soon as I have time to resolve and the result has become clear. If an answer is potentially ambiguous, I will wait to see thoughts posted on explain xkcd, and will either resolve or conclude N/A based on the possible consensus there.

Others are free to add options. I will delete duplicates and ask regarding resolution criteria for potentially vague options, or questions that I am not sure how to resolve. If you believe that there is potentially a vague option, feel free to comment so we can address the issue as early as possible.

I may bet in this market.

Incredibly, it's now July 27 in Randall's timezone, so any comic released now will be a Saturday comic (according to the wiki, just the second since 2006!). Does that mean this market resolves with just two comics?

I used the word “for” in the question, because even if Randall posts late, I would say that it is for the given dates in the question.

It looks like the listed date in the website archive is July 26 as well!

The sum of all the digits appearing in the comics (not the title or title text) is even

@Calibrate What if there aren't any digits? Resolves NO?

I definitely bet Resolves YES because I’m my mine empty sum = 0, but I’m willing to take the loss if that wasn’t the intention

Resolves YES, for the reasoning @EBurk described. I expected 60-70% for this option and was surprised to see it at 50% earlier today!

The sum of all the digits appearing in the comics (not the title or title text) is even

I don't suspect this is going to change much, but this doesn't include the title text, either -- only the comic itself. Unfortunately I can't edit it anymore!
