
I've been trying to lose weight on and off for years but I've recently developed a new strategy: Increasingly long fasting and greater calorie restriction between fasts. I've been eating only one meal a day for a little while now and haven't seen much progress.
I'll be making a series of markets related to how much I'll be able to lose. I won't be using the markets as incentive or hedging but I will trade on them to better reflect accurate probabilities
I will weight myself on my bathroom scale. For reference I am currently 197lbs.
