This market will resolve to YES if the Florida Planning, Accounting, and Ledger Management (PALM) system successfully deploys its scheduled wave (Central Wave / Full Rollout) and goes live for active transaction processing on or before January 11, 2027.

The market will resolve to NO if the Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS) or the Florida PALM project leadership officially announces a delay, postpones the go-live date past January 11, 2027, or if the system fails to accept production transactions by the close of business on that date.

Official state executive orders or legislative budget amendments regarding project timelines.
