Resolution Criteria

This market resolves to "Yes" if any Federal or State jurisdiction of the United States formally charges or otherwise announces a criminal indictment of Braden Eric Peters (known as Clavicular) by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Resolution will be determined by official court records or public announcements from law enforcement agencies.

Background

On December 24, 2025, during a live broadcast, Clavicular (real name Braden Peters) appeared to run over someone with his Tesla Cybertruck while someone was laying on top of his windshield. Police let him go shortly after the incident and did not press him with any charges. Clavicular is a 20-year-old Kick streamer and content creator known for his "looksmaxxing" content.

Considerations

It's unclear whether the incident was a staged stunt. Clavicular claimed the individuals surrounding his car were armed, as he could see a pistol print showing through one of their clothes.
