Each Month Will Resolve Independently Of One Another
If Rates Are Kept The Same Or Lowered, That Meeting Resolves NO
If A Meeting Does Not Occur For Any Reason, That Meeting Resolves NO
If Rates Are Raised, That Meeting Resolves YES
Special or Emergency or Inter Meetings That Lower Or Raise Rates Do Not Count.
