On January 25, 2023, Meta announced they were removing the suspension from Trump's account: https://about.fb.com/news/2023/01/trump-facebook-instagram-account-suspension/
On the post they stated:
In the event that Mr. Trump posts further violating content, the content will be removed and he will be suspended for between one month and two years, depending on the severity of the violation.
For the purpose of this market, Trump being suspended from posting for any length of time counts.
