Think about this: nuclear reactors on the moon, we use the moon as a space port, its 1 has less gravity so a far better launch point, 2 its more stable and has more space to have facilities than something we else we could currently build in space, 3 we can have 2 zones launch / nuclear power zone dark side of moon, and if we want people to live up there humans living on bright side, of course we have to restrain from killing humanity off first.
