Pretty straight forward. According to available statistics, will 100 or more Americans loose their life to hurricanes between 9/4/23 and 9/28/23 at midnight.

This market begins on 9/4 and any loss of life prior to market creation will not count toward the total hurricane morbity count in month of September as it pertains to this market.

This market closes on 9/28/2023 at 11:59:59pm EST.

Clarification* DEATHS MUST BE DIRECTLY RELATED TO HURRICANS THAT MAKE LAND FALL ON UNITED STATES LOWER 50 STATESIDE GEOGRAPHY WITHIN MARKET TIME FRAME!
