Based on we know now it was probably either faulty design of the viewport leading it to not having sufficient strength for the depth or repetitive stress without proper derating leading to failure of the carbon fiber hull. First is a clear YES but second feels more like maintenance issue, assuming the hull initially met the requirements? Any thoughts?
