I'm right now in the middle of an quickly escalating conflict with my landlord. We negotiated over the sum I should pay for taking over his contract for the flat I currently live in. We had an agreement for a sum but he wants me to sign a paper where I promise to pay for damage through mold even though the owner of the flat said he will pay for the cost.

This is the culmination of a almost 2 year rental contract with a lot of smaller conflicts. He's pretty pissed and Im too and I'm thinking of sueing him for the high rent he had me pay these to years(most likely illegal). Although I really don't want to have legal troubles I'm fucking pissed and want him to have more problems too.

The market will resolve yes, if we sue each other not dependent on who starts the legal trouble.
