Bedtime goal via (emile.chat) is to get to bed by 12:30am at least 4 times this week. Got it last night.
Exercise goal is 25 minutes.
Move goal is 530 cal.

Exercise minutes can be fulfilled even with very easy yoga, so it's mostly about showing up.

The 6 successes for each ring don't need to be achieved on the same day, so if I miss my Move ring today but get my Exercise ring, that day's Exercise ring counts toward its goal of 6/7. (And I need to be perfect on the Move ring for the rest of the week.)

Sep 2, 4:19pm: 3/4 on bedtimes. Perfect on rings through Thursday.
Sep 3, 5:07pm: got the last bedtime and just got my rings for the sixth day in a row.
