Bedtime goal via (emile.chat) is to get to bed by 12:30am at least 4 times this week. Got it last night.

Exercise goal is 25 minutes.

Move goal is 530 cal.

Other Considerations:

  • Week starts today, Monday.

  • Exercise minutes can be fulfilled even with very easy yoga, so it's mostly about showing up.

  • I will not bet NO on this market. I will not sell any YES shares. I may cancel unfilled limit orders.

  • The 6 successes for each ring don't need to be achieved on the same day, so if I miss my Move ring today but get my Exercise ring, that day's Exercise ring counts toward its goal of 6/7. (And I need to be perfect on the Move ring for the rest of the week.)

Aug 31, 11:51am: Missed the third bedtime but got Tuesday's rings.

Sep 2, 4:19pm: 3/4 on bedtimes. Perfect on rings through Thursday.

Sep 3, 5:07pm: got the last bedtime and just got my rings for the sixth day in a row.
