Resolution criteria

This market resolves to YES if my buddy Zach sends a message in our group chat about soccer today by 10:30 AM in my local timezone.

If he does not send a message to the group chat by 10:30 AM, or if he responds after 10:30 AM, the market resolves to NO. I will resolve this market based on our chat's timestamps.

Our friend Zach is historically slow to respond to group chat messages. This market tracks whether he will reply to the soccer chat before the 10:30 AM cutoff today.
