Things I use and why they're not perfect:
Waking up (the meditation app). Sometimes the message feels important. Other times the audio is loud and the delivery is emphatic.
Audible: Terry Pratchett. Stories can be hard to follow if I fall asleep and then the second evening I don't know where I am.
Drifters (fx show). The talk is fun and gr8 and relaxing. But there is loud music between episodes and the awesome visuals make me want to look at the screen.
Audible: Get Things Done. Book deserves reading over multiple times and is relatively bite-sizes. However it makes me feel the urge to get up and organize my life.

There is a meme of people falling asleep to Futurama, but it seems to be a real thing as well as a meme, so maybe worth a try?
I've been listening to YouTube videos of someone talking about Marvel Snap, which is a game I play. I think one person is better than a conversation, less likely to get loud. And you could pick something you like of course. I think games with regular updates are good so there's always more content to listen to from videos.
Listening to math videos that are somewhat interesting but in the end unimportant (to avoid conditioning yourself to feel asleep when studying real math)
