N/A - I am no longer employed by the same organization
I work for a large financial institution in their IB group. My current contract includes a non-compete provision. I have no intention of leaving before end of year.
This question is inspired by the recent FTC ban on non-compete agreements.
The answer will be determined by my personal judgment at end of year. "Likely" to be unenforceable probably means 75%+ probability in my estimation.
I will not bet in this market.
