Resolved
NO

Santiago, Chile is currently going trough a “streak” of violence which resulted in several politicians from both sides of the aisle calling for a state of exception to be declared.

It resolves YES if a state of exception is called for the metropolitan Region, Santiago or any specific district within Santiago before the 1st of March at 00.00.

It needs to be formally declared by the government.

Duration or specific actions taken during the state of exception don’t affect the resolution.

A declaration of any other state like emergency, siege or war don’t count towards a YES.
