Resolves YES if Ross Ulbricht is sentenced to prison again for crimes he committed before his pardon, before this market closes. For example, if he is retried in a state court for attempting to hire a hitman in 2013, is found guilty, and gets sentenced to serve time in prison again this would resolve YES. However it would not necessarily resolve YES if Ross Ulbricht is sentenced for crimes committed after his pardon.
