The percentage it resolves to will be equal for all users, unless someone gives me multiple 1000 mana loans, in which case I will give them an N times higher probability than someone who only gave me one loan, where N is the number of loans they gave me. You can send multiple 1000 mana loans as one managram.

If no one gives me a loan, it resolves to No One😭.
