Top 1 is a Hearthstone format similar to Top 2. For the purposes of this question, we will make the rules a bit similar to MTG's 3-card blind:
A deck consists of 30 copies of the same card
Both players are aware of each other's hands at all times
Random effects are determined by the player whose turn it is not
Submissions must be the name of a wild-legal card, and a class in which that card can be legally played. At market close, I will run a hypothetical tournament, with each deck being played in proportion to its closing probability, and with all games being played with perfect strategy.
The winner will be whichever deck has the biggest winrate in this hypothetical tournament.

@BoltonBailey The druid on the coin can go
T2: HP for 1
T3: HP for 1
T4: Swipe for 4
T5: Swipe for 4
T6: Swipe + HP for 5
T7: Coin + 2x Swipe for 8
T8: 2x Swipe for 8
Which is 31, but by this time, the warlock has healed for 6, and will keep healing 6 per turn, more if the druid doesn't clear, and the game gets away from the druid.
@BoltonBailey I've added Dar'Khan Drathir Druid as well, which should win over Warlock since the hero power actually does something useful
@Odoacre Sorry, but I think I should DQ that answer - it's a warlock card, so I shouldn't be able to run it in druid.
@BoltonBailey (I might have ninja edited that rule into the criteria soon after the market was made)
@Odoacre If you hadn't refreshed the market it's possible it wasn't there when you bought, looks like you sold though, so I guess no harm done.
