Whenever uv gets posted to HN I feel like I see a comment along these lines, that uv will eventually be monetized in a way that makes it worse.

I don't really see what the issue is in light of the fact that uv is open source licensed, but doing my best to operationalize this, this market resolves YES if uv remains free to use in its current form while being maintained by Astral until the end of 2027.
