Resolution criteria
This market will resolve to the driver who is officially awarded pole position for the 2026 Monaco Grand Prix.
The primary source of truth for resolving this market will be the official Formula 1 Results page and official FIA classification documents.
Grid Penalties vs. Disqualifications:
Pole position is awarded to the driver who sets the fastest lap time in Q3 (Qualifying Session 3). Post-qualifying grid penalties (e.g., for gearbox changes, power unit elements, or impeding during the session) that demote a driver on Sunday's starting grid will not affect the resolution of this market, provided they are still credited with pole position in the qualifying results.
If the fastest driver in Q3 is entirely disqualified from the qualifying session (e.g., due to a technical infringement or fuel violation) and their times are deleted, the driver who is officially promoted to pole position in the final qualifying classification will resolve as the winner.
If the qualifying session does not take place or is cancelled without a result, and no driver is officially awarded pole position, this market will resolve as N/A.
