The market will resolve to 'yes' once a link has been sent to the comments with a legal precedent or operating housing co-op that meets the following criteria:

• Members have decision-making power over the coop

• Members receive equity for their membership fees

• It does not operate on specific exemptions (ie. it's possible to set up another coop like it)
