Wouldn't be a huge leap for one of her followers to follow through and engage in violence towards the people she incites hatred against on twitter. There would be reasonable grounds for arrest if the police identified a sufficiently strong link.

As far as I am aware she hasn't ever advocated violence in the context of this issue. Has she?

@HarrisonNathan would have to go back through her twitter to answer that immediately but bit too repulsive for a wednesday evening. Note that prosecution and arrest are not the same, if the police believe there is a strong link they may choose to investigate + make an arrest depending on the situation
