@TheWabiSabi yeah but to be honest i already refunded @Ziddletwix and i dont want that he gets more mana but if the @mods wanna change it to N/A they can do it
@Base I also traded on the assumption that a rename without a functionality change would cause a NO resolution.
@Base i refunded the refund, regardless of what you choose. so if that's your actual reason for not N/A-ing, don't let it stop you. if you think it should N/A then ask for N/A, the mods can easily do that, and if you think the original resolution is correct, you can make that case to those who disagree.
@TheAllMemeingEye you're right i didn't know how to resolve it but i thought even its the same its not the Play Tier so i think i had to resolve it like that but i can understand if somebody says it resolved wrong
@Base I think this is obviously/unambiguously wrong fwiw—they had renamed the tiers multiple times throughout the year, calling another name change (after mini -> play) “removing” the tier makes no sense (the numbers of tiers stayed the same, so I guess this means the tier was removed and a functionally identical one was added in its place?)
But I understand you wanted to steal a bit of last minute profit so alrighty then
@Ziddletwix dont cry 😂i didnt want to steal anything. i got like 3k out of it. 3k doesnt matter to me. i sended you 1750 mana back (Which is the amount you lost) so you dont have to cry anymore. i unflollowed you now and i will not trade anymore at your markets so pls do not trade at my markets anymore.
it's no longer possible to create a market and have it marked as "Play".
Sure, but tiers have names, and the name is not the same as the tier itself. That's just a cosmetic change. By this logic, the equivalent tier has been "removed" 3+ times this year (by adding the name, then -> mini, then -> play, then -> basic), each time replaced by an exactly functionally equivalent tier. I would find that definition very strange—it's obviously the same tier, that has been renamed, as have many things on the site.
@Base I do not care about the mana itself and refunded the refund (so don't let that get in the way of N/A-ing or not). I don't think it's a coincidence that when you yourself said you didn't really have a strong opinion on the resolution, you happened to pick the direction that would give you extra profit (without any attempt to close the market, solicit opinions, or even consider the resolution for a second). I obviously think N/A would be a better solution but you can do as you'd like. and agreed that going forward simple enough to avoid trading on these markets! totally fair.
i didnt know what to resolve but in my opinion there was no option with the name Play. becouse of that i decided to resolve it to yes. i reopend the market becouse it closed at new year and bought it 99% to get the free profit. but i didnt dicided yes becouse i get more mana then before i bought it to 99% i had a 650 shares position of no. like you can see i have no problems to refund it. and i can totaly understand why people say that that was the wrong resolution becouse of that i refund the people. probably it would be smarter to resolve it to N/A that was my mistake but it was like 5am in the morning at my time where i resolved it and at this moment i thought that would be the best resolution. i accept every critic but the scam point isnt right at this market.
