I'm doing a small study on myself. On working days, between 8 and 9am I will throw a die, and depending on its outcome I will do the following activity for 10 minutes: 1. Gratitude journal: write down three things I'm grateful for in a gratitude journal, and focus on the feeling of gratitude. 2. Meditation: Focus on my breath, notice distractions, and return to the breath for 8 minutes. 3. Breathwork: Three rounds of the Wim Hoff method (https://www.healthline.com/health/wim-hof-method#how-to) 4. Kettlebell swings: 5 sets of 20 double-handed kettlebell (16kg) swings 5. Rope skipping: (5 x 1 minute, with 30s rest in between) 6. Stretch/Yoga: 5 minute stretch session, following this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sAf67xFS-qE. At the end of the day, I will log my mood, productivity, and energy level I had during the day. The experiment ends when all 6 activities have at least 5 data points. This question will get resolved to the option with the highest average energy levels. You can follow the data coming in here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/130hQDbyWHcYNl5r6bp9w1IHmRVOZJWyLsHlITI_QOI4/edit?usp=sharing An example with fake toy data of what the sheet might look like after the experiment is done can be found here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1UQlSD5kQxcMTZkRC1YMKURcyhEeXeOnk0Hpa4cEC-mU/edit?usp=sharing Betting policy: in order to keep my data entry as objective as possible, I won't be betting myself on this question.
