Trump is now facing a variety of criminal charges. This quesiton specifically relates to the New York criminal investigation which has charged Trump with 34 counts of falsifying business records.
@B does this resolve NO at end of 2023 if he is not convicted of a felony for falsifying business records before then? Or will you wait until court proceedings have completed (and extend the market closing date, presumably)?
@chrisjbillington Good question. The market will be extended as long as necessary until the 34 felony counts for which Trump was indicted in March 2023 in New York are drawn to their conclusion. For clarity, this market relates only to those specific charges.
