He said it in 2023: https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/speeches-remarks/2023/06/22/remarks-by-president-biden-and-prime-minister-modi-of-the-republic-of-india-at-state-dinner/. I think there’s a pretty good chance he says it in 2024 or even goes to a game in the World Cup.
