The HIRE Act was introduced by Senator Bernie Moreno on September 5, 2025. If enacted, it would impose a 25% excise tax on outsourcing payments to foreign workers and create a Domestic Workforce Fund to support American workers.

This market asks when (if ever) the HIRE Act will be signed into law.

Resolution Criteria: This market will resolve based on when the President signs the HIRE Act into law, as reported by official government sources or major news outlets. If the bill is not enacted by the resolution date, it will resolve to "Not enacted by March 2026".
