This market resolves to the number of days after 15th August when the paper appears on arXiv (in UK time). E.g if it is released on arXiv on 30th August, this market resolves to 15%

If we decide not to publish a paper about copy suppression, the market resolves to N/A. If it takes more than 100 days, resolve to 100%

If I've messed this up severely, resolve to N/A. Otherwise I'll just adjust resolution criteria
