Resolves YES if both of the following occur, in order and before Feb 1 2025:
1) Donald J Trump is convicted (found guilty) on any Federal charge
2) Donald J Trump is certified as having won a Federal Presidential Election
Otherwise, resolves NO. I will immediately resolve No if it becomes clear that the given events are no longer possible.
