RenderToken (RNDR) is a distributed GPU rendering network aiming to connect artists and studios in need of GPU compute power with mining partners willing to rent their GPU capabilities out.
While RNDR started on Ethereum L1, migrated to Polygon/Matic, it currently markets itself as using "Solana" as its primary chain. Given how both Polygon and Solana were both listed as 'unregistered securities' by the SEC in their recent suit against Coinbase, will the SEC launch a probe on RNDR before Mar 31, 2024?
