What is the poll topic? Asking something like "Are you an international drug smuggler?" is likely to lead to a different number of respondents than "How often do you call your mother?"

@cloe hmm, in my experience, "refusals" barely ever happen—people either answer a few questions, or just hang up immediately. But if it happens, I don't think I'll count it as a response.
