@AmmonLam is inactive, so mods are resolving these. i'm pretty sure the intent is to just go based on the ranking listed, which IIUC is "current". (so that could be tricky, unless someone checks at close time exactly). but the 1 2 3 4 listed here seem pretty clear. ultimately mods can make their own call but that's my bet
