A publishing company has premises on the corner of my block. They are leaving one of their buildings (if something changes and they move back in, resolves N/A). Living near a publishing company is inoffensive especially compared to urban blight, but will whatever replaces them be something that I personally think is actually cool to have nearby? Resolves based on business type, not quality (so if, say, a Mexican restaurant takes the place, that's cool, even if their tacos are in practice awful).
