Maybe there's something I don't know about this person's public persona and privacy preferences, but in general I'm a bit sad to see discussions of people's personal lives on Manifold. Rare exceptions for people whose personal lives have seriously newsworthy implications (e.g. heads of state of G20 countries). AK does not come anywhere near that level.

Though mostly plant-based, strictly speaking no (because cheat days) as of May 2022, hence my position.
