This market resolves to YES if MicroStrategy (MSTR), now branded as Strategy, is officially announced for inclusion in the S&P 500 index by S&P Dow Jones Indices on or before October 15, 2025.

As of August 2025, MicroStrategy has met all technical requirements for S&P 500 inclusion, including:

• US-based company listed on a major exchange (Nasdaq)

• Sufficient market capitalization (over $90 billion)

• Positive earnings in most recent quarter ($10 billion in Q2 2025)

• Positive cumulative earnings over trailing four quarters

However, the S&P committee has discretion over which companies to include, and may consider Strategy's Bitcoin-heavy business model as a factor.
