YES

I did a real big survey, I know the answer. I asked ppl two questions, about level of government involvement/regulation in economic vs social spheres.

Which spectrum ended up having a higher relationship with bodycount (sex partners) in women?

I'll resolve this in a few days or something

Lmfao I'm sorry I fucked up the market. Let's do yes economic, no social (alphabetical order)

Will you share raw data?

@Aella please resolve

sold Ṁ64 NO

If I didn't suspect that this is was posted specifically because it has a counterintuitive result, as Will suggested below, I would buy this lower. But I think there's a good chance that he's right about that and that the answer is actually economic.

bought Ṁ25 YES

What were the questions asked to determine their economic/social positions?

Also do we have number of female/male participants in this survey?

@Quillist
*question: Economically speaking, you tend to be more [liberal/conservative]

tip: Economic leftists tend to prefer higher government involvement in the economy, for example more wellfare or wage regulations. Economic rightists tend to prefer lower government involvement in the economy, for example free markets and low taxes

question: Socially speaking, you tend to be more [liberal/conservative]

*tip: Social leftists tend to prefer lower government involvement in social issues, for example allowing drugs and abortions. Social rightists tend to prefer higher government involvement in social issues, for example outlawing sex work or obscenities.

and uh im lookin at like ppl in their 20s ,and i think i have around .... 200k women in that sample? ish?

@Aella not your fault, but it is kind of confusing how left/right and liberal/conservative positions invert.

Social: Liberal ?= Left ?= Less government

Econ: Liberal ?= Left ?= More government

In a weird way the labels muddy what is being asked, though I suspect some people need the labels to know how to answer. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Sorry, "bodycount"?

@ChrisMillsc5f7 It means the number of sexual partners someone has had

@PlasmaBallin Either that or Aella is taking a detour into studying female serial killers lol

What does government regulation in social spheres mean?

I feel like the fact that you’re asking this means it’s probably the counterintuitive one (economic)

Wait, doesn't "social views" usually mean progressivism (gender/orientation/racial/disability equity, secularism, environmentalism etc) vs traditionalism/reaction (discrimination, religion, anti-environmentalism etc) rather than "level of government involvement in social sphere"?

That definition seems to better match "governmental views" i.e. libertarianism vs authoritarianism

Which is yes vs no?

@ian i guess it doesn’t really matter, I’ll just edit the question nvm I don’t understand the question well enough to add labels

@ian a hint

@ian lol I fucked it up I was doing it fast from my phone. I edited the description
