Out of curiosity, why has t this resolved?

@DanielHeinz The description suggests that resolution will wait for the official NHC tropical cyclone report, which is not yet out. They are still determining the official values “in the coming weeks” as of 10/10.

Powell was able to address the numbers in both Collier and Lee counties.

She said the coastal tide gauge stations at Naples and Fort Myers reached major flood stage and the peak surge did surpass levels seen during Helene:
