Resolution criteria:

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the S&P 500 Index reaches or exceeds 5,250 points at any point during market hours (9:30am ET to 4:00pm ET) on May 1, 2025. If the price stays under 5,249 points, the market will resolve to "No."
